Justin and Katelyn| Oaks On 22 |Pontchoula, La Wedding

Every now and then we as humans are fortunate enough to find someone in life who can make us feel like no other person can. Maybe it is the way they smile, or the way they walk, maybe even the way they talk and laugh, regardless of what it is you know when you meet this person they are your person. I firmly believe Justin found his person. Katelyn is funny, outgoing, loud, not the least bit shy, and perfectly perfect for the little more quiet, slightly reserved, cool calm and collected Justin. This wedding was more for me then just your typical client/photographer relationship. I was fortunate enough to have meet Justin and his family a few years back when I did his senior portraits. He was actually my first session getting back into photography. So seeing him go from this head strong senior boy ( who was determined to have his guns and American flag bandanas in the shoot) to this grown up who is now a HUSBAND ( and still had his American flag bandanas at the wedding) is honestly just amazing.

Justin & Katelyn’s wedding was beyond perfect. All morning she was so eager to see Justin and show him what a beautiful bride she was. When they did their first look I knew the second Justin saw her he would move heaven and earth for her. I have seen him laugh and smile in the past, but when he got that first glimpse of Katelyn he smiled with a smile that spoke volumes, I’m pretty sure everything around him disappeared at that point and it was just him and her. During the ceremony there was not a dry eye in the area, including mine. They definitely went above and beyond to make sure their family and friends had a great time.
